"Do not take your business here. It blows my mind how my $400 bill turned into $724.35 due to a mistake on there end and yet I am stuck paying for there incompetence. I have gotten 3 different excuses on why this is and not a single bit of proof except where money was moved from one policy to another without my authorization or consultation allegedly due to "modernization". It is crazy to me that trying to keep you business local gets you screwed like this!"

"If you don't have anything happen this company is great but if you ever need to use your insurance coverage in any way, expect the absolute minimum. My vehicle was considered a total loss before they even saw the vehicle. They did their own estimate at the salvage lot instead of the garage i asked them to take it to and they tacked on an extra $1000 on my estimate under the title"other" for some reason. It was like pulling teeth to keep informed about what i needed to do, considering this was my first time i ever have been in a wreck, till this day they have stayed silent ending all communication so this is s very well earned 1 star. They said they wanted to make this stress free but this was pretty much one of the most stress filled things I've dealt with involving cars. And also today they tried to charge my account the insurance my monthly rate while its been considered a total loss for over a week... i picked State Farm because I thought it was better well i learned a tough lesson with this."

"I have been with Kris, and his State Farm team, for years and have always received exemplary service and support from them. Insurance is one of those things that you can make payments for years, in my case 45 years, and never have a claim. Then, unexpectedly, you get hit hard. In my case, the derecho two years ago damaged my home and every building on my property. Suddenly you are scared, overwhelmed and don’t know which way to turn. Kris and his team stepped up and led me through the process and were always there to answer my questions and concerns. In the end, everything worked out well and I am whole once more. I can’t say enough good things about Kris, his team and State Farm. Highly recommended!"

"Great service from all staff! We thoroughly enjoy being customers! Edit 10/2024: This morning I called the insurance office because my husband and I had not received our renewal information for car insurance (our policy expires in 3 days). Our agent/staff were very polite per normal, which is something we’ve always appreciated. The agent reassured me he’d text me to follow up & he did in a timely manner. The agent notified me via text message that State Farm would not be renewing our coverage due to a total loss accident & one use of roadside coverage within the year. Although disappointed, as I have been insured with the same office since I began driving, I understood the decision. I was upset because I was not told I’d be losing coverage until I inquired about it three days before coverage would have been lost. And on top of that, the ability to text message the agent had been blocked before I could ask any questions. Very disappointed in how this situation was handled & the poor customer service we received at the end of our coverage term. We understand their decision but wish they had dealt with our separation more professionally."
